Massage
Our massage services are geared to suit your needs. Whether you're a weekend warrior seeking relief from aches and pains or someone seeking relaxation, our sessions are tailor-made for each recipient. Each massage whether it be a 60, 75, 90, or 120 minute session, is customizable to include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Cupping, Auricular seeds, Structural Integration, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy.
60 minutes - $125
75 minutes - $155
90 minutes - $185
120 minute - $245
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Our Manual Lymphatic Drainage massages focus specifically on that system and includes a relaxing foot or neck and shoulder release at the end of your session.
45 minutes (face only with relaxing neck and shoulder release) - $110
75 minutes (full body, including face with relaxing foot or neck/shoulder release) - $140
Kids Sports Massage
As a mother of young athletes I know how integral it is for youth to learn what healthy and safe recovery and longterm self-care looks like. For our young athletes we work on teaching them what professional and safe massage and communication looks like so our clients are prepared to advocate for their needs once they enter the world as young adults. A parent or guardian is requested to sit in on their child's first treatment session and then as a group we will decide what is the best course of action for future treatment sessions.
60 minutes - $120
90 minutes - $180 (only offered on an as needed basis for existing clients who have already received a 60 minute massage)

Yampa Valley Bodyworks is owned and operated by Kristy Marshall. Kristy's a Licensed Massage Therapist who grew up on the Western Slope, immersed in winter sports and the abundant outdoor recreation Colorado has to offer. As an athlete and Colorado native, this has given Kristy an in-depth understanding of the active lifestyle many Coloradans lead and how it can take a toll on ones body if regular personal care is not maintained. As a result, she has a gentle passion for helping clients who are seeking outcome based bodywork, whether it be chronic pain relief or relieving a weekend warrior’s aches and pains. She has a Bachelors in Business and Nonprofits and is a graduate of the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute where she learned various modalities including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Auricular therapy (ear seeding), Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Body Sculpting, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, and Aromatherapy.
